We booked our villa in Jamaica through Doctor Bird Services and had an amazing experience. Everything was easy to arrange and communication was smooth from start to finish. The villa was beautiful, the staff were all friendly, and the chef was excellent. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. First class service all the way! Excellent communication and lovely staff. The villas themselves were incredible. Absolute paradise. Our villas had everything you could possibly need for both a luxurious, relaxing stay but also enough to keep the more active teenagers busy; swimming, snorkeling, kayaking. Our wonderful chefs, butlers and housekeepers made sure we were well looked after and the food was to die for. Watching the sunset and seeing manta rays and fish swim below is in the evening gave us memories that will be with us forever.

Our family had an amazing time at the Kai Ki villa. We had an outdoor wedding for our daughter & son-in-law and the Kai Ki villa made it all very special. They were accommodating to all our vendors from the caterers, wedding planner, DJ, MC, photographers, videographer, make-up artist, to the hair stylist. Thanks to both butlers Orville and I forgot the second butler’s name so please forgive me. They both took care of all 19 guest’s needs. Thanks also to the villa’s chef, his assistant and the housekeeping crew, everyone was on point. The food was amazing and daily service was impeccable. Our wedding guests stayed at the RIU right next door to the villa and I’ve been receiving nothing but compliments from them in regards to the villa and the actual wedding and making their weekend a memorable one. The location of kai Ki is pretty central to many things like the highway if you’re thinking to make a quick run to Kingston, close proximity to the Ocho Rios craft market, pharmacy, supermarkets, ATM’s, Juicy Beef Patties, KFC, Devon House Ice cream in Ocho Rios or Draxhall, Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove and many other things and activity to name a few. Once again thanks for making our trip & wedding a memorable one and hope to see Kai Ki again soon!!!!!

Driver Dalton was AMAZING! So skilled on long, windy, bumpy roads. Really made us feel safe and comfortable on a very rural route. We were able to sleep without worry, even with a night rainy drive back after our fun day out. Would definitely recommend Doctor Bird services!
