I really don’t have much to say on improvement as our only hiccup was with the flat tire on the way from the airport and you guys were quick to give a full reimbursement for both ways, thank you. Thank you also for all the work done behind the scenes. Our mother whose idea, and gift this was left pleased with all that was done on our behalf. Karlene and Danielle were a dream to work with. Special mention for Gabi! Her last minute, Sunday morning booking for the kiddos’ next-day excursion was all done with a “”no problem”” attitude and smile, really wonderful.
