“Thank you to you and your team for enabling such a lovely weekend. All your staff at Kai Ki are so polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. They are all early risers and early to work everyday, coffee was perking by 6:30am every morning, YEAH!!!, and the breakfast table being set at the same time. Very efficient. Avery, Nicholas and Orville are the best!!!! They work very well together. They size up the crowd and then decide how to deliver…… room too hot or too cold, more drinks or no more drinks, early risers or late sleepers. They are not in your face but are always very near by if you need them and always very willing to help. The house and property were fabulous, the grounds were impeccable and the pool very well maintained. Vincent is such a lovely gentleman and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. He does a really great job of tidying the grounds in the mornings before most are awake. The rooms were beautifully kept and tidied in a timely fashion everyday. The ladies were very pleasant whenever I interacted with them. Chef and Kenny are a dream. They met all our demands of breakfast, lunch and dinner and also our requests for snacks and dips in between. They really had a hard job and did a very good job of rising to the task at hand. My one complaint in the food department would be delivering meals on time, they were usually late, however our menu was very detailed with many allergies which could have added to the meals being late. The meals were well presented and very tasty. The personalities of all the staff are great; easy to talk with, knowledgeable of their jobs, the house and their surroundings, very approachable and very easy to talk to and ask a favour. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and are looking forward to returning to Kai Ki again in the near future. “

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff especially Orville and Avery were superb. Orville made our stay relaxing and seamless. Avery is a rising star. Very accommodating and pleasant. The chefs, cleaning staff and grounds keepers were very delightful. The house was gorgeous and breathtaking. The accommodations were great for me and my family members. We will probably rebook again this year if it is available.

Hands down this has been the best experience to date. Despite the little hiccup with the road works and driveway, once the doors closed, we could not hear a thing. What a lovely team you have at Blue Aqua. Chef Shauniel is a gem and amazing with her cooking. Carlos was awesome! We miss them.I’m still thinking of Ms. Belinda on the river. The Fricassee Chicken and Fry Fish was divine. The tide at the river was somewhat high! But still, they showed. thank you.🙏🏾 On another note, there was construction on the left side of the house, which we heard most. We block it out. Thankfully, the DJ music helped with that. Jamaica is so beautiful ❤️ thanks again! We can’t wait to plan another vacation with you guys and look forward to speaking in the future.”
